Fundmyoffer.com (“the Service”) is a tool that helps sales teams compare and rank financing routes for high-ticket offers. This policy explains what we do and don’t collect.

Prospect information stays in the browser

Details a representative enters into the calculator — such as a prospect’s age, income, credit score, available credit, or cash on hand — are processed entirely on the device. They are not transmitted to our servers, written to a database, or kept in logs, and they are cleared when the page is reset or closed.

Account and configuration data

To operate the Service for a business, we store that business’s own configuration — the financing options, fees, payouts, rules, and settings the owner enters. Owner access is protected by a password-gated session. This configuration may be stored in your hosting environment and, if you enable it, an optional cloud key-value store.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep an owner signed in to the owner area. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Third parties

The Service is hosted on third-party infrastructure and may use an optional cloud storage provider for owner configuration. If a prospect chooses to apply with a financing provider through a link, that provider’s own privacy practices govern the information they collect. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Because prospect inputs are never collected on our side, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete on their behalf. For questions about a business account’s stored configuration, contact the business that operates this instance of the Service.
